Roberto Saenz received his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics (U. of Iowa) in 2006. Roberto currently holds a post-doctoral position at the University of Oxford in England.
Roxana Lopez-Cruz received her Ph.D. in Mathematics (AZ. State University) in May 2006. Roxana currently holds a research position in the Department of Mathematics at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
*Ariel Cintron-Arias received his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics (Cornell U.) in August 2006. Ariel currently holds a NSF/NCS post-doctoral fellowship at SAMSI (Statistical and Applied Mathematical Sciences Institute) in Research Triangle, NC through 2008.
Stephen Tennenbaum received his Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (Cornell U.) in January 2006. Stephen is currently working for a consulting think-tank within the industry.
Elmer de la Pava received his Ph.D. in Physics (Universidad del Valle) in 2006. Elmer currently is working as a professor of mathematics at Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, Cali, Columbia.
*Fabio Sanchez-Pena received his Ph.D. in Biological Statistics and Computational Biology (Cornell U.) in December 2006. Fabio successfully defended his dissertation and accepted a position with American Express, working with the OPEN Risk Management team as a Manager on the Credit Strategy Team in Phoenix
*Daniel Wiley received his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics (Cornell U) in August 2006. Daniel currently holds a faculty teaching position in the Department of Mathematics at Howard University.
*Jaime Barerra is expected to complete his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics (Cornell U.) in December 2006.

*Brisa Sanchez received her Ph.D. in Biostatistics (Harvard University) in August 2006. Brisa currently is working as an Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
